Mr Snuggles Schnauzer Mix Rochester, NY

SNUGGLES the adult Schnauzer was surrendered to us with his litter of 6 puppies and we're getting him vetted and getting to know him. He is about 6 years old. We will report back on him more as we get to know him, but his previous owner said he was not great with cats or some dogs. He is leash trained and loves to take walks or jogs around town. We will be getting him and the remaining dogs in the home of the previous neutered (included in the adoption fee at our vet if it doesn't happen before adoption). We'll report back but so far he is adjusting to his foster home well and seems like a really nice dog. They said he does well at most groomers.

Adoption fee covers: all vetting to age (including deworming, deflea etc ), spay/neuter and microchip at ~6 months at our clinic, $60 reimbursement for completion of positive-based training classes, and lifetime support of rescue.

We are still doing application processing virtually since COVID-19 and dog meets will be individually by appointment with ONLY APPROVED APPLICANTS. We are not a shelter and are completely foster-based, so there are NO DOGS KEPT AT THE ADOPTION CENTER.

PLEASE NOTE: If a dog is listed as Adoptable, he or she is still available at that time. Also, our adoption area is within a several hour radius of us in Rochester, NY (NOT including Canada - sorry!)
