Meet Moose
Moose is a young male German Shepherd puppy who was found in a rural area. He was first observed in the street near a home and later he jumped a 4 foot fence to play with a much smaller dog. His finder searched in vain to locate his owner. Eventually she contacted Serendipity for help in finding him a forever home.
Moose is estimated to be 8 months old. He is a petite dog who currently weighs 60 pounds. He is a happy-go-lucky puppy who loves everyone he meets. He is good with women and men and has done well with young teen-aged kids.
Moose is house trained and crate trained. He walks good on leash. Moose sleeps free at night with no issues and doesn't need to go outside.
Moose has been attending doggy day care at Kennelwood. He is learning a few new tricks.
Moose has lived with an adult male GSD in his foster home, and a small female Australian Shepherd for several weeks after he was found. They were inseparable, and played together very well in spite of the size difference. We are told that Moose allowed her to be the boss and run the show.
Moose would love to live in a home with another dog, but can be the only dog as long as his people are home more than they are gone.

Our Adoption Fees:

*Dogs and puppies 12 months old or younger: $450
* Adult dogs over 12 months of age: $400
* Senior dogs over 7 years of age qualify for our "Seniors FUREVER" program! Seniors are special to us, so we offer two options:
(1) If your heart has a special place for the seniors, you can adopt a senior dog for the regular adoption fee of $400 and this becomes a perpetual fee. You can adopt another SGSDR senior dog at any time from us in the future at NO CHARGE.
(2) If you aren't sure about your future adoption capacity, you may adopt your SGSDR senior dog for a reduced adoption fee of $250.
