Meet Monte

Monte is a 13 week German shepherd mix male. Monte and his 4 brothers were found abandoned, dumped at the Onondaga Indian Reservation on December 8th.
Monte is a sweet puppy that loves to play with people and other dogs.
Crate trained. House training is a work in progress.
Monte has been neutered, dewormed numerous times, has his distemper/parvo/lepto series of vaccines, rabies vaccine, kennel cough vaccine, has had flea and heartworm preventative and is microchipped.
Gets along with dogs and cats. Loves people and kids.
Monte is still a puppy, so a home where an adult is there with him most of the day, (for example, someone that works from home most of the work week} as he still needs training and socialization.
Adopter must own their own home; we no longer adopt to renters. :(
Adopter must be within a 1 1/2 hour drive from Syracuse NY.
Please inquire within so that we can send you an application. We will verify your references.
Home check is required, along with meet and greet with existing pets.
Adoption fee is $250
