Molly Pit Bull Terrier Mix Portland, ME

Adorable Miss Molly is a sweet and fun-loving 4 year old pup! She is currently being fostered with a local dog trainer, and she’s doing great! *Please note, We are posting Molly’s profile to help get her noticed, but she is not our dog*

“Molly takes a few meet & greets to warm up to new humans, but once you are in her circle, you are in it for life! She can be snuggly or active and would love a home that could provide both!

She would prefer a low traffic household (not many comers/goers) and a home with no children or cats. Molly would be fine living with another dog! Molly loves other dogs and loves to romp and play with them. She knows many basic cues and is fully muzzle trained. She has the foundations for the sport of agility and would love someone who has a fenced in yard to continue to practice with!

Our team at Pawsitive has been rehabilitating Molly at our facility for a couple of years now to help set her up for success in her forever home. She origionally came to us from a local rescue who no longer wanted to continue her rehabilitation (for reasons that have nothing to do with Molly!). We see a lot of potential in Molly, so we couldn't let anything bad happen to her! Unfortunately, because we are not a rescue, and don’t have a lot of presence on social media, Molly has been over-looked for YEARS. While she loves life working with her favorite trainers every day, she really deserves a home of her own! We are asking for a foster or adopter to step forward and help us get to know her in a home setting. We would provide on-going training support, food, and veterinary care.

An experienced dog person is a must! Molly has our team’s hearts wrapped around her paw and we only want the best for her moving forward.
