Meet MOJO*

Meet Mojo! -5 year old American Staffordshire mix (Am Staff is just a guess!) -Weighs 45lbs -Lived in a home with a macaw (bird) and cat previously and coexisted nicely -Enjoyed going to the beach and interacting with other dogs out in the world in his previous home -Described by his previous guardian as a big baby -Enthusiastic and outgoing, does like to hop up on people and try to get close to faces for greeting and play Now through December 23rd the Santa Cruz County Animal Shelter is hosting Home for the Holidays. This adoption event reduces the adoption fee for all cats, rabbits and dogs to $50. Please note: Our Santa Cruz locations Shelter hours are 11-6pm, 7 days a week! Although clients can walk through and see any animals in their kennels during open hours, we end meet and greets (aka meeting an animal out of the kennel) at 4:30pm every day. If youd like to meet an animal out of the kennel, please arrive before 4:00pm to allow for time to discuss individual animals and meet them.
