Meet Mitzi (Misty) - the Mom
Hi, my name is Misty. I am a very sweet Australian Cattle dog mix, about 2 years old, and 23 pounds.
I loves to spend time with people, sitting next to them, snuggling or playing, and I love to chomp on a good doggie bone too if you'll give me one! I had a rough life before coming into my current foster home. I had a wrist broken, which healed improperly, so it required surgery to remove it, so now I am a tripod. But don't let that fool you, I am able to get around the backyard just fine for exercise, play, and swimming.
My foster family says that what is the best home life situation for me is a human who works from home, as I am very social. She does well with children, and gets along well with other dogs.
