MILO is a super cute Lab mix! He is 2 years old and weighs 65 lbs. He has a beautiful coat and he's in good shape. Milo is one of the friendliest most affectionate boys you’ll meet! He is such a sweet gentle guy. Milo would love to be your cuddle buddy and keep you warm on these chilly nights. He is a Netflix and chill kinda guy! Give him a warm bed, and a toy and he will keep you company for hours. Don’t forget his treats when he is a good boy because he loves those! Milo loves other dogs, so if you’re looking for a buddy he is your guy!
ADOPTING A PET
We are open for meet and greet adoptions at our shelter on weekends. No appointment is necessary for weekend adoptions. Our weekend hours vary and we also have satellite adoption events every weekend. We are also open Monday through Friday by appointment. Please contact us by phone at 913-321-1445 or by email at petadoptions@kckpd.org to schedule your appointment during weekdays.
If you have a dog or children we ask that you bring them with you to meet our dogs to make sure it is a good match.
Our dogs have been spayed or neutered, vaccinated, dewormed, microchipped and tested for heartworms (if 7 months or older).
