Name/Nicknames: Milo

My Story: I was living with a nice family who had a toddler that I adored. But the bad economy forced us to give up our home. Then there was no place for me so I came back to Pet Haven.

Hobbies: I love long walks around the lake, car rides, playing with a tennis ball (I'll even bring it back to you… sort of), chewing on a good bone, socializing with other dogs, hanging out in the backyard. .


Commands/Tricks: I know quite a few tricks-sit, down, shake, and i can roll over. Not sure why everyone laughs and claps when I do that but I guess it is kind of amusing. I am very food motivated so I will do anything for a treat.

Crate / Potty Trained:I never go potty inside and I go into my kennel as soon as I'm told (because I know I'll get a treat!)

Activity Level: Medium. I go for a mile and a half walk every day with my foster mom and foster siblings. When we go to the lake, we walk for 3 miles, which is fine but I have to take a little nap after that. I also like to chase a ball, as long as it's not too hot out.

Fun things I do: I am a beagle so I love to follow my nose around the fenced in yard smelling all the other critters in the neighborhood.

Socialization/who I currently live with: I live in a house with a fenced in yard which I share with two dogs and a cat. We all get along very well! I've been around lots of other dogs as well and haven't had an issue. In my past life, I was around kids and enjoyed it.



Milo is attending Pet Haven's medium/large dog adoption events and his adoption fee is $200 (cash or check only) and includes spay/neuter, heartworm check, current vaccinations, and microchip and registration.
Due to post-adoption services provided, it is Pet Haven's policy to only place dogs into homes within a 60-mile radius of the Twin Cities area.
