Meet Mila
Hey everyone, my name is Mila. They say the cheese stands alone, and I am the cheese in this case. I am the lone female of a litter full of boys. Foster Mom says I am the scrappiest of the bunch. Scrappy. Scraps. What a fun word! We can make a scrap book once you adopt me, scraps of chicken, beef, a bit of bacon on one page. What??? Scrap book means photos? What a bamboozle. I thought it litterally meant scraps of food!
I am THAT little sister, the one who annoys her brothers, always trying to see what they’re up to and either join in or start the fun. I instinkgate quite a few rumbles for fun with my 3 brothers. I am sweet too and Foster Mom says although rambunctious, she does see me settling down as I get older.
My claim to fame isn’t just being the only female in the litter. I am also the only one who got the extra color brown on their coat. Although I prefer to call the brown spots, peanut butter spots, because brown sounds boring and I am not boring.
I have an inquisitive personality. I LOVE being around people and other dogs. I am super friendly and loveable. Our Foster Home also has children and we enjoy that too. I have only seen cats through the window, but I am young enough to probably learn to live with a kitty or two.
My litter is referred to as the “Tow Truck Litter” because we belonged to a man who had a tow truck and he couldn’t take care of all of us so we were surrendered to the rescue to find new families. We hadn’t had much socialization in our first home and I have thoroughly enjoyed this new adventure in life. I cannot wait to start more adventures with you and maybe even a scrap book, the photo kind or whatever!
Basics:
Mila- spayed female, DOB 9-24-23, will likely be med/large, tricolor (white, black, tan), Labrador Retriever mix, good with dogs, good with kids, not cat tested but young enough to learn, working on potty/crate training, inquisitive, sweet
