Meet Mia
Hi, I’m Mia! I’m a 7-month old black lab and I weigh 25 pounds at the moment. My sister Rosie and I came to LOLIN just skin and bones. With love and care from my foster mom, I’m now ready to meet my furrever home!
When I arrived in my foster home, it took me a little bit to become comfortable with the adults in my foster home. But I immediately became best buds with the two toddlers here as well as the two male dogs. So as you can imagine I am very dog and kid-friendly. I would absolutely love to go to a home with young kiddos I can grow up with. I’ve been told I’m a quick learner so it should be no shock that I’ve already picked up a few commands and I’m perfecting “sit” as you’re reading this. Once I’m settled in my new home, an obedience class would be great so that I can pick up some more tricks as well as bond more with my new family. I have toys in my foster home and I’ve come to find out that they are just great. Leash walking is new to me but I’m quickly picking up how much fun walks can be…especially if I get some treats along the way.
I am 99% potty-trained as well as crate-trained. In fact, I sleep in the crate at night and go in there without complaint.
If you’re interested in meeting me, please contact LOLIN for a meet and greet!
If you are interested in adopting, please go to our website at www.lolin.org and click on Adopt, Apply for a Dog. From there, you can submit an Adoption Application to be considered for this dog. You MUST be an approved applicant to meet LOLIN dogs. There is no central location or hours to meet dogs.
