Hi! My name is Melody and my original assessment card says I am a “go getter” and that is the truth. I am about 3 years of age which is still young, and I admit, I do have some energy but that can easily be handled by daily walks, hikes, fun training and even running! I went on a recent run with a shelter volunteer so I might be the perfect running partner for you! I think I look great in my pictures and have seen cool markings that look like abstract painted paw prints on me giving me a beautiful unique look. I am a goofball really, and just want to enjoy life, Even though I like a fun time, I do like taking a breather to get attention, affection and most of all yummy treats. I sit like a champ and training with my new person will be great to learn fun new things.
I do not mind being around other dogs and even walking with them but quite honestly, I prefer to be the only pooch in a home. I am really a fabulous girl and there is nothing wrong with wanting to be pampered and loved all by myself.
I am no doubt a pretty gal with a beautiful name but deep down inside, I am a tomboy at heart and might prefer a rock concert over a day at the opera. Maybe I can be the one to rock your world or at least we can rock it together.
