Meet Maximus
Meet Maximus!
Maximus is a Husky mix that is estimated to be around 3 years old. He found his way to us as a stray and was never reclaimed. For size reference, he weighs 50-60 pounds. When Maximus initially meets new human friends, he can be nervous and timid, but warms up well with yummy snacks! After coming out of his shell, he is a friendly boy and "sits" for treats. He enjoys going for walks to the play yard where he can roam around. Maximus walks excellent on a leash, too! He recently underwent a surgery to remove a growth from his toe, and the vet successfully removed the growth and toe that the growth was connected to. He would do well with older, dog-savvy children. Canine siblings would depend upon a meet and greet.
