Max Shepherd Mix Grand Forks, ND

Hello! My name is Max! I'm a 4-month-old shepherd mix and currently weigh 40 lbs., so I'm going to be pretty big when I'm an adult. My foster mom says I'm a fluffy perfect puppy. I'm social with people and dogs. I like the rain and snow! I'm working on kennel training and it’s going pretty good until mom says I have to get in and I don’t want to. I enjoy food very much so if you toss a treat in or put my food in there I will gladly go. Once I'm in, I'm very quiet and sleep through the night until foster mom gets up to let me out. I kennel well through the workday, I do need something to entertain me so, my foster mom puts a bone or chew toy in. I have had a couple accidents in the home, but I do my best to go out at the same time as my foster siblings. I enjoy playing with my foster siblings and cuddling up with my foster family as they have 4 kids, and I love to give them kisses. I also sometimes enjoy laying in the kitchen to see if anything is dropped and I can snatch it up. I enjoy rough housing and getting the zoomies with my foster siblings. I tend to get excited at times and when I’m off my tether I tend to take off so, mom watches me close, but I am still learning, and I do listen at times when she says “come Max” especially if a treat is involved. Max is ready to for his forever home and I just know he will bring so much joy and love into it.
