Max German Shepherd Dog Suamico, WI

Everyone, meet the biggest, most snuggly boy you could ever meet. This is Max. Max is a bigger boy, around 100 lbs, but he is very gentle, and respectful. He loves spending time with his people, and is a big lap dog if you will let him be. He really want someone who wants to pet the fur off of him. Max gets along great with other dogs, and love playing running with them. If you want some one to lay next to you and relax, Max is your boy.

Notes from Foster Family 12/6/24: Max is doing well. He has also learned that he can jump on our bed. That's the place we find him at when we are looking for him. He loves all the pets, and has even become ok with people coming into our home. Max needs eye drop twice a day, or his eye will become cloudy, and he will lose his eye sight. He sits well for it. Although it is easier with 2 people doing it, one holding his head, and one administrating the drops. Max loves being with everyone. He is such a happy boy. I have never seen a dog who is just happy to be anywhere, as long as he's with his pack. Max appetite is good, although he thinks he should get more food. He will try to muscle in on the other dogs while they are eating if you don't watch him. Overall, he is doing great.
