Meet Heidi

Hello, my name is Heidi and I am a young female dog, around 1 year old. I am very brave, I was found living under a house with no fur at all bc I had mange but now my hair has grown back. I am quiet and I am also very independent. I’m still VERY timid, as I’m slowly learning to trust my foster mom. I would love to be your loyal companion and best friend but it will take awhile for that to happen. I lived with other dogs under the house & some cats too. I love my foster dog siblings but I really don’t love humans yet, they scare me. I am still learning about the world. I’m sure I will grow into a wonderful dog companion but right now, I’m still so confused. I shouldn’t be in a home with children or with people who will want to pet me or rush me through this process I’m going through. If you want more info about me, send a message but for now I’m going to continue living with my foster mom until she thinks I’m ready for a forever home.
