Meet Mater

Hi there! It's Mater. Thank you for taking the time to read a little about me. It's a great way to meet before actually meeting. Especially for a dog like me. I do like taking things slow for all new people and animals. I am still learning to build my confidence with socializing and I am hoping to find a family who can help me with that. I did come in as a stray, so I just started working towards my good boy degree. I am still learning how to socialize, follow basic commands, and some leash manners. I will try my best to learn during my stay at the shelter. Another thing, I am looking for a family who doesn't have any cats or small dogs. I like dogs who are my size or bigger. I break out of my shell a little faster with them. So, with all this being said I hope to find an understanding, patient, and loving family. crossing my paws that it's you.
