Meet Marvin
Marvin is ready to find his forever home!!
This little cutie came to us from City of Columbia Animal Services, along with his brother Brownie! He’s about 2-3 years old and weighs around 18 pounds.
Oh Marvin. He is quite the fire cracker once he warms up to you. Marvin is a shy guy who needs to feel you out before he’ll open up. Once he does, he’s on the move.
He loves to run around the house and play with his foster brother. They play with toys and love tug of war. Marvin is crate trained but sometimes needs a little push to get in there. Once you let him out of the crate in the morning, he’s ready to go. There’s a quick morning stretch and he’s running about, ready for the day.
Marvin is also a sneaky little thing. He likes to take shoes, toys and remotes and hide them in his crate. This boy definitely has some personality!
Marvin is great with other dogs. He can play rough at times but will calm down. When he’s tired you can find him lounging in his crate with one of the toys he’s snatched earlier in the day ?. He does love a good chew toy too. We’re currently working on leash and potty training. He’s timid on the leash, and about 80% there with the potty training. But, he’s very good motivated, which definitely makes training him easier! Marvin is great in the car and just likes to look out the window.
Marvin is neutered, microchipped, up to Daye on vaccines, and Heartworm negative!
