Marty Beagle & Chihuahua Mix Jamestown, ND

Marty is a male Beagle/Chihuahua mix who was born around 12/3/2022.
He came to us with his sibling
Medora Who has already been adopted .
There were a group of dogs abandoned for about a week. These dogs would have starved to death had rescue not found them and got them to safety.
Marty was severely dehydrated, emaciated and needed extra medical attention.
He is now in a foster home where they are getting great care and ready for adoption.
From what we were told, these dogs were outside most of their lives( not sure how they survived.
The new family will need to continue the routine the foster home is using to work on house and crate training, walking on a leash etc.
Marty will be adopted as in inside family companion.
**Marty is an escape artist and door dasher. The adopter must have a secured completely fenced yard.
All medical work is completed prior to adoption including neuter shots worming flea treatment rabies shot kennel cough micro chip and vet examination.
The adoption fee is $200 + tax with an approved application. The pre adoption application is available on the website www.prairiepawsrescue.com.
