Marshmellow Husky Mix Virginia Beach, VA

Marshmellow is a young husky type mix that came to us from a local shelter. We have no history on her but we can tell you a few things that we have learned so far. She would do best in a home with children 15 and up. She is very rowdy and mouthy and will need to learn boundaries in her new home. She already knows sit and is exceptionally food motivated which will help to train her in her future home. She will also need to meet any resident dogs prior to adoption. Marsh seems to not know how to interact with other dogs so dogs slightly smaller than her or young pups might be the best option for her. Our kennel team will give you a more detailed description of ways to manage and help Marshmellow succeed in her future home. This sweet girl will also need a family that is either familiar with her breed or similar or has experience with high energy low impulse control dogs. Marshmellow is not a dog for first time dog owners as she has some major challenges to overcome.
