Meet Marshall!
Are you ready for some puppy love and endless playtime? Look no further, because Marshall is here to steal your heart! This adorable older puppy is an absolute bundle of joy. Marshall is expected to grow into a medium-sized adult, ranging from 44 to 55 lbs. One of Marshall's outstanding qualities is his intelligence. At such a young age, he's already showing immense potential for learning and training. In fact, he's already crate trained and happily snoozes through the night without a peep. With his brilliant mind, Marshall is also doing surprisingly well with house training, making remarkable progress for a pup his age. When it comes to playtime, Marshall is the ultimate champion. He's incredibly playful and loves to engage in fun activities. He's always up for a game of fetch or a romp in the yard. Marshall thrives in an environment with another playful yet boundary-setting young adult dog. Having a four-legged companion will not only provide him with endless entertainment but also help him learn proper play manners and socialization skills. After an energetic play session, Marshall knows how to recharge. He's an expert at sleeping hard, snuggled up in his cozy bed. However, since he's still in the mouthy puppy stage, he might occasionally nibble on things. With proper guidance and positive reinforcement, Marshall will quickly outgrow this phase and learn what's appropriate to chew on (his toys, of course!). Marshall's love for toys knows no bounds. He adores playing with them, whether it's a squeaky plush toy or a bouncy ball. Watching him prance around with his favorite playthings is guaranteed to bring a smile to your face. If you're looking for a smart, playful, and loving companion, Marshall is ready to fill your life with joy and laughter. With his already impressive training progress, he's well on his way to becoming an obedient and well-rounded adult dog. So, why wait? We understand that it is important to you to find the right fit for your family. We feel the same way! The DOG ADOPTION INTEREST FORM is important and REQUIRED for this reason.
All of our Adoptables are:
Spayed/neutered; Up to date on vaccines; Heartworm tested if six months or older (& kept on heartworm preventative and treated for heartworms if positive when entering our program): Microchipped prior to adoption
BREEDS: We are not breed experts. The breed(s) listed for each adoptable are best guesses or suggestions.
PLEASE NOTE: We are a non-profit organization without municipal or government funding. Veterinary/Medical expenses are constant for an animal rescue. Our adoption fees not only help to provide vetting and care for the animal being adopted, but they also help to cover heartworm treatments and other treatable ailments that many animals, that would otherwise be euthanized, need in order to be made available for adoption.
Please understand that adopting an animal is a LIFETIME COMMITMENT to that animal and there will be veterinary expenses throughout their life that can often cost several hundreds, if not thousands of dollars (without pet insurance), especially without annual checkups and preventative care. As a potential family for this pet you are responsible for their safety and that includes keeping them on your property.
***If you are not in the middle Tennessee area, transport can potentially be arranged to approved homes, depending on distance and local adaptability. We normally do not allow adoptions outside of 1.5 hours driving distance.
