**Background**

Marina was rescued after being found abandoned in a local Memphis parking lot with her puppy. The Good Samaritan who found them is keeping the puppy, but due to her male dog's less-than-friendly attitude toward Marina, she's been separated while fostering. This amazing foster is making it work despite the challenges, knowing that the shelter is over capacity and that every little bit helps.

**Personality**

Marina is sweet and affectionate, with a lovable spirit that makes her a great companion. She's also cat-friendly, which means she can easily fit into a multi-pet household and spread her charm all around! While she enjoys playtime, she's not the most rambunctious dog; she doesn't require someone to run her miles a day. Marina has met a few dogs that aren't her rude male foster sibling and has been good with them so far!

She's a very patient mama and a good sport as her puppy has entered the "tornado phase. Marina is easygoing and adaptable, making her a wonderful addition to any home.
