Meet Mariah URGENT

Mariah was a stray with 5 puppies picked up on 11-9-11. She seems to be a really sweet girl, and she has really pretty chocolate and white markings. Her tail doesn't stop wagging and she is really a sweetheart.. There are 3 male puppies, and 2 females which are probably 7 weeks old. They are already eating solid food. Except in rare occasions, Pits are "put down" as nobody will adopt or rescue them, regardless of how nice and precious they might be. It's likely Mariah will be killed after her 5 day hold...

ADOPTABLE AFTER 5 DAY HOLD.

Dogs in the Rowan County K-9 Shelter receive their first dhppl vaccination (parvo/distemper) upon arrival at the pound. Rabies vaccine and spay/neuter surgery can be done for the $50 adoption fee. Please note rabies vaccine and surgeries are NOT done on site and dogs must be adopted before they receive rabies vaccine or surgery.
