Mandolin Black Mouth Cur Mix Okmulgee, OK

Mandolin is almost a 5 month old Black Mouth Cur mix female. She and her three playmates were dumped at the doorstep of the Okmulgee Animal Shelter. Mandolin is shy, but loving. After several weekend sleepovers at a loving foster home, she has learned to walk on a leash. She loves to hoard all the toys in her crate or blanket. Mandolin is learning to socialize and trust people. She loves other dogs. She is curious about cats, but still unsure about them, so no worries there! Right now she just wants to be cuddled and feel secure. She needs and deserves a home ASAP.

Adoption fee includes full vetting: spay/neuter, microchip, vaccinations, deworming, flea & tick prevention and heartworm test if over 6 months of age. Adoptions of large dogs over 20 lbs. must have a fully fenced-in yard, so they can have ample play off-leash, safely.
For adopters, all pets within the home must be current on heartworm prevention, vaccinations, spayed/neutered, and on flea prevention, as our humane society has put forth all vetting to ensure our adoptable is safe and healthy for your family. In one heartworm-positive pet's kennel, 7 of 10 mosquitoes will be heartworm positive, thus it is important to ensure pets' safety.
