This little firecracker is Maizy!

Maizy is an approximately 4-month old female Scottish Terrier/German Shepherd mix and will weigh around 40-50 lbs. as an adult. She was rescued as a stray in OKC.

Maizy is a beautiful scruffy girl with ears for days and is searching for a forever home where she will be included in activities and given lots of attention! She would love a very playful dog in her new home as she is incredibly playful. She would probably do best in a home without cats.

Maizy gets along with kids, but can by “nippy” while playing, so a home without very young children would be best. She sometimes tries to get your attention by nipping at your feet. Maizy prefers cozying up near you, on the floor rather than sleeping in bed with you. If you want to snuggle with her, she will happily join you if you put her on the couch or bed with you.

Maizy LOVES water and will have a fun splash in her water bowl for funsies! IF you’re looking for a fun-loving and spirited puppy, Maizy is your girl!

Maizy is crated during the day with no accidents, but outside of her kennel, she requires frequent reminders to go outside to do her business. She will need assistance with leash-training.

Maizy is spayed, current on age-appropriate vaccines, and microchipped. Her adoption fee is $225.
