MAISIE CAKES has been waiting for a home for a long time.
She is everyone's best friend and if you have ever met her, you know that is true. She has a fun-loving spirit and even though she is considered a senior lady, she isn't ready for retirement. She has plenty of energy to keep up with an active lifestyle. Her adoption fees are covered by fans who adore her, but can't adopt her. If you have a soft spot for seniors, Miss Maisie is waiting for you.

"One of the best things about Maisie is she is always happy! She's happy to go for a walk, happy to play, happy to snuggle, happy for meals...you get the picture.
She loves to be around people and I don't find her shy at all. Her favorite thing is being snuggled. She will stretch out right on top of you if you let her! I think it is her way of showing how happy she is. She loves to play tug or fetch with her toys too. Mealtime is another favorite, as she enthusiastically eats any kibble or treats. She loves dog walks and walks very nicely on her long leash. And last but not least, Miss Maisie is so smart! She knows lots of commands, has great instincts, and loves being active.
This 6-year-old beauty would thrive in a semi-active to an active household with teens and adults - I see her with a single person or a couple. A fenced-in yard would be lovely for her too, as she loves being outdoors."
