Our Magic came to rescue as a stray. She was found ( or... she found us ) by some factory workers who would take their lunches outside the working place as the weather permitted. Magic would appear out of the bushes and would sniff into their lunch bags left on the ground. They shared their food and left plenty of water for the pregnant dog who would perform for them after eating, playing and bouncing around. Magic would disappear then and kept coming and going as if she would be running a show. No collar, no I.D on her so the nice guys assumed she had a master close by. One day she stopped coming and the workers missed the little one. A month had passed by and she reappears like Magic, hence her name. This time, she was not with pups and none on sight. Magic did not leave and the workers took her inside day and night and took care
of her (temporarily as they posted pictures of her looking for her owner). They would take turns taking her to their homes on weekends since nobody claimed her, but to their dismay, they knew she needed a home and stability. That is how she came to us.

Magic is a small lap dog who follows us everywhere. She enjoys her daily walks ( working on her leash manners) and runs in the park being a follower and a bully and at the same time a copy cat. There is Magic in the air as she hops and tries to catch up with our dog almost 3 sizes hers. Magic is at her best when she is with other/s dog/s. Squeaky toys and lots of different size balls would make her day perfect. She grabs a ball, jumps on the chair and pushes the ball to only see it rolling down and rushing to get it.

Magic is everyone's friend but barks when approaching strangers. There is not an ounce of aggression in her little body. Her fur is thin and somehow messy no matter how many times we brush her. Little kids from the neighbourhood describe her as a "cute dog from a cartoon character". She sleeps on her back, soundly through the night in her large crate. Her playful silliness would put a smile on anyone's face.
