Madeline Labrador Retriever & Hound Mix Rochester, NY

MADELINE is a friendly, really nice-sized pup. She's a bit over 40 lbs and gets along with the other dogs at her foster, and with people. She looks to be maybe a shepherd labby houndy misc other mixy mix, but is a really pretty girl with her one sloppy ear. She's very sweet and loves attention, and gets along with the dogs in her foster homes. She's a little TOO interested in the cats and will chase, so no cats for her. Her foster reports she's got lots of energy and needs a lot of exercise so an active adopter and/or a fenced in yard where she can run and play would be a great thing for her. We'll add more pictures and info after we get them from her foster.

Adoption fee covers: all vetting to age (including deworming, deflea etc ), spay/neuter and microchip after 6 months of age at our clinic, $60 rebate for completion of positive-based training classes, and lifetime support of rescue.

We do most application processing virtually and dog meets will be individually by appointment with ONLY APPROVED APPLICANTS. We are not a shelter and are completely foster-based, so there is no central place to come see all of the dogs available.

PLEASE NOTE: If a dog is listed as Adoptable, he or she is still available at that time. Also, our adoption area is within a several hour radius of us in Rochester, NY (NOT including Canada - sorry!)
