Meet Macie

MACIE wants to be your best friend and cuddle partner. She is a 2 year old hound, 40 pounds of love. She is friendly, easy going and loves to be with people. Very smart, so stay on your toes! She likes her daily walks and would love a doggy buddy to play with. She needs a bit of work on leash walking, but loves to please, so very responsive to training. She is not fond of a crate as she wants to be with her people and just be part of the family. Her foster family reports she is "incredibly sweet, sociable, and friendly. Loves to be outdoors. Not aggressive at all even with food. Very happy go lucky. Loves affection and belly rubs. Eager and willing to learn. Needs some patience and time to figure out her space in a new environment."
