Hi everyone my name is Maci! I am 10 years old with lots of love!
How I got here is a sad story but it has a sweet middle, the ending is up to you!
For a while it was just me and my mom but then she got very sick. My mom had to go to the hospital a lot and was always gone. She was stuck in a wheelchair and then bed. I was always worried about her and did my best to take care of her when she was home. My mom loved me so much and started to make plans for little me! While she was in the hospital she spoke with a nurse who also loves dogs! My mom didn’t have any family that could take me and the nurse made a promise to my mom that I’ll be ok! Unfortunately my mom passed away in August. I was all alone in the house and very confused and scared. Sure enough the nurse and her mom came and got me! We spent the day at the vet. I was covered in fleas and heartworm positive, also a really bad ear infection. I spent 3 weeks in quarantine in the nurse’s bathroom on lots of medicine and got lots of baths and rest.
All that’s changed now! Look at my pretty furry coat and tail! Who would have known I’m a redhead like Reba McIntyre! I also may be adding on some extra pounds for winter! I love to play with my foster brother and sister! Love toys and walks! My foster mom says I’m the best dog she’s ever walked on a leash! I’m potty trained and know how to sit, shake, I’m very talented and can shake with both paws! I also know when it’s time to go lay down and I love my beauty sleep and naps! I have a few appointments left before im ready to be yours truly but consider me. I’m also good with other dogs and children
