Mac Treeing Walker Coonhound Mix Cambridge, OH

Mac is a charming 5-year-old dog weighing approximately 55 pounds. He has soft, golden fur and an infectious smile that can light up any room. Mac is up to date on all his vaccines and has tested negative for heartworm, but unfortunately, he is currently being treated for Lyme disease. Despite this, he always greets everyone with enthusiasm and a wagging tail.
Mac is a great companion for long walks, as he walks well on a leash and is always eager to explore the outdoors. He is a gentle giant and loves playing with other dogs. In fact, he thinks everyone is his friend and is always ready to make new ones.
Mac is an easy-going dog and not much seems to bother him. He is a quick learner and has already picked up the habit of going to his bed and waiting for his food. Mac is a smart dog and is always eager to learn new things. Although he hasn't shown any other commands yet, he is sure to impress his new family with his intelligence and charm.

Unfortunately, we must euthanize due to illness or aggression. Adoption fees are $165 for dogs under 5 years old, $100 for dogs over 5 years old and $200 for cell dogs. Adoption fees include, Vaccine (dhpp), Bordetella, Microchip, Heartworm and Lyme testing, Rabies vaccine, Spay/Neuter and a dog license. Dogs will be required to be spayed/neutered before leaving shelter, if not an appointment will be scheduled before leaving the shelter. Please talk to shelter staff for more information. We only accept cash. We cannot take checks, debit or credit cards. You may also call the shelter: Office hours are Tuesday-Saturday 9am-5pm. Shelter public hours for visitation are Tuesday-Saturday 11am-4pm. Applications can be emailed or faxed if requested. If coming from out of town, please call ahead to make sure the dog is still available. Approved rescues also welcome!!!!
