Luna, born Sept 19/2022 Aussiedoodle Mix Lucknow, ON

Meet Luna the 3rd, as in 3rd one surrendered this year

She has a large size frame and is 49 lbs already as of May 3, 2023 when she went for spay

She was born Sept 19, 2022

Her family lived in a little townhouse in a busy area of KW on a corner lot

She did not have space to even enjoy the yard
i.e. no backyard,
no front yard (it was the parking lot),
So owner tied her under the tree by the sidewalk in the only greenspace, which happened to be by the road

Owner could not walk her due to her own limitations

She was not professionally groomed since they got her, or trained to sit reliably, per owner

With supervision and training I have not seen her have an accident in the house

She does actually know how to sit

She loves kids

She lived with a collie

She has been been playing with other pups and dogs here

She is still learning and will do well in a home with more time for her and able to take her for walks and train basic commands consistantly

In order to be considered for adoption you need to complete a dog adoption application at www.adoptapet.lucknow.on.ca

If your application is approved you and any existing dog in the home will be asked to meet her at her foster home

If all goes well then a home visit is arranged to check if it is suitable for her

All being well then an adoption date is arranged

She is vaccinated, microchipped, had a heartworm test, was treated with parasite prevention and is spayed.
