Meet Luna
Transferred from an over capacity shelter in California after the LA fires, Luna and her eight puppies arrived on Orcas Island. They arrived at the shelter just as the first low elevation snow of the year started. It has been a joy to watch this bunch grow and learn about the world around them. We are now accepting adoption inquiries on our website www.orcaspets.org and encourage you to apply before visiting as those with appointments receive first priority to visit on busy days. Mom will be spayed in mid March.
Orcas Island is located in the San Juan Islands in Washington state. Our island is accessible by Washington State ferry, plane and by boat. Please be advised, give preference to local residents when deciding between multiple great homes. Thank you for considering a shelter dog.
