Meet Lulu
Lulu came in with her buddy Hoss. Their owner was an elderly vet who was having difficulty caring for them. Hoss was dropped off at his house by a grandkid but Lulu he had for several years. It hurt him to give them up but he was forgetting to feed them and leaving them chained.
