Meet Luffy. He is an approximately 15 pounds, four month old male, terrier mix baby. He is just a pup that loves to play and explore and is curious to this whole new world around him. He is visually impaired but it is not as bad as well had initially thought. It doesn’t stop him one bit! He is outgoing and loads of fun. He is ready for adventure in his new home and full of love to give. He is a bit goofy at times, but that is part of his charm.
