Lucy Terrier Phoenix, AZ

Lucy has had a really tough start to her young life. A good Samaritan saw Lucy's prior owner kicking another dog in the middle of the street. When the good Samaritan witnessed the abuse, she immediately went to defend the dog. One thing lead to another, and the owner indicated that she did not want any of the dogs. "Take them" she shouted. Since Lucy has been in our care, she quickly became attached to her foster family. Today Lucy is enjoying life and gaining confidence. She is just a puppy at five months, and does all the things that puppies do. She loves to romp with other dogs, she mastered the potty training, and she is kenneled trained. Lucy will need to go to a home that has another dog as she finds comfort in doggie companionship and she also loves to play, play, play. Lucy is still growing and we estimate she will be around 30lbs when fully grown. She is the sweetest gal, loves to give kisses and is very affectionate. She is also a great little hiker!
