Meet Lucy
Lucy came to us in January 2025 from being dumped in Katy TX. It is evident that her first owners were not kind to her. She is going to need time to learn to trust people and decompress a bit at the shelter.

She is warming up to the volunteers at the shelter well. She is quiet and is friendly. She doesn't know anything about toys. She just likes to be near your side.
