Meet Louis
Hi my name is Louis!
I am a 3 month old, 14 pound, male Cunucu from the streets of Aruba. I have been described with these 4 words: Energetic, Lovable, Smart and Curious.
I love to play and other dogs! I am curious at first but become fast friends. I am working really hard on potty and crate training. My foster mom says I am really smart and a fast learner!
My perfect day would look like: wrestling and playing and then cuddling up on the couch with my favorite snacks!
My tail wags the most when: I get morning snuggles and of course treats!
My favorite toy is: chuck it balls, bully rings and plus toys that squeak!
My foster mom would like you to know the below about me:
“Louie is a fantastic, smart boy. He loves to snuggle and fall asleep in your arms after playing! He is a fast learner and already knows how to sit! We are working on “wait” and “give paw”.
Louie will be happy in a home where his family loves to go on adventures. Hikes, long walks and the beach would make this boy the happiest!
He sleeps through the night in his crate while only making a few noises when he first goes in but then settles in nicely. He loves his teddy bear in the crate and snuggly blanket so he feels more comfy and secure.”
For those unfamiliar with the Cunucu breed; A Cunucu is the native island dog of Aruba. They are known to be extremely intelligent , loyal, athletic, and loving. Cunucus make outstanding family dogs and companions
