Lola Shepherd Jackson, WY

Meet Lola! Lola was recently surrendered from her previous owner. She was originally adopted from the AAC in 2023 where she was formally known as Lemon from the Cesar Salad Litter. She was so loved and well cared for in her previous home but her owner sadly couldn't hold onto her for personal reasons. We hope Lola will be able to find her forever home this time around! She can be a little timid when meeting new people and doggie friends, but she warms up rapidly. She loves pets, but prefers them on her body, not her head. Lola previously lived in a home with a large yard and would love to be able to run about freely in her next home! She is a "go, go, go" kind of girl and would benefit from being heavily exercised. She is very well behaved in a home environment - doesn't mind being left home alone and is fully potty trained. Lola loves to "sing" and will make sure to tell you when she needs something! She is such a sweet and gentle dog who is just waiting for the right person! Please reach out if you'd like to learn more about this sweet girl.

To set up a meet and greet, please fill out a dog adoption application ASAP or if you have already submitted one with us, call/email to put your name in line. We will form a line like usual based on who has an active and approved application in. Please note, Animal Adoption Center cannot guarantee the breed, composition or ages of our dogs as we usually have no history prior to them entering the rescue. We make every effort to ensure the dogs are healthy. Please know that our intention is to insure long lasting committed homes for the animals at the AAC. If we feel that an animal and a potential owner are not a good fit we reserve the right to refuse adoption.
