Meet Lizzy
She has the perfect balance of being relaxed and wanting some adventure. She’s quite chill and can hang with her older foster siblings, but if you want to be on the go, she’s in too.
She will need to be matched with dogs at her energy level, so no small or old dogs simply due to her athleticism and desire to play if presented with another dog.
She's super sweet and is looking for a wonderful family to plant her roots! She's been going to work with her foster mom at the winery and loving it. She's absolutely great in the car. Kennel trained all the way around.

Any known health or behavioral issues?
Perfectly healthy. She has been reactive on leash when met with another dog. Working on this in her foster home and she’s improving! We're confident once she really settles with her person, this will fully subside. She’s incredibly smart and very trainable.
For any dog, we'd like a calm, confident leader who will carry forward her development as a well-behaved dog. She'd do well as an only dog but wouldn't mind a playful fur sibling that matches her energy.
Where did you acquire this pet in the first place?
A rescue in Costa Rica sent her over at 3 months old. She went to a home for a year that chose to surrender her because she kept getting out of their t-post "fence" & running in the busy road by their house. With a secure fence, she has had no issues and shows no signs of wanting to escape. She loves patrolling the yard.
We require a secure 6ft fenced yard.
Miss Lizzy loves people and wants so badly to be someone's forever baby. She's irresistible and will steal your heart!
