Meet Mama Lizzie - this 15 pound sweetheart is looking forward to meeting her forever family and warming their laps for the rest of her days. She was abandoned by her first family and found herself pregnant and in the shelter. Her foster family scooped her up and brought her home to deliver her babies in peace. And thank goodness they did, because she gave birth 7 hours later! She was a dedicated Mama and raised her 4 boys who have now all been adopted! Lizzie has a spay scheduled for 1-8-25, and will be available for adoption once she’s healed.

Lizzie has been fostered in a home with young kids, dogs and cats - and she gets along great with all of them. She sleeps on her foster mom’s pillow at night and is always right at her feet. She is a smart girl who is highly food motivated and learned how to “sit” very quickly. She is about 80% potty trained and does great as long as she’s kept on a strict schedule going outside.

You will just adore Lizzie, and she is going to make the most wonderful, loyal best friend ever!

Her adoption fee is $400. She comes spayed, vaccinated, dewormed and microchipped - and ready to lavish you with love.
