Meet Little Bit (Adoption Pending)
Please go to www.yvpr.org/adoptions to complete an adoption application.
YVPR does not respond to applications/inquiries originating from Petfinder. Questions about our adoption process can generally be answered by reviewing the Adoption FAQ's.
Little Bit is a sweet and sassy 8 week old pup that is being fostered with dogs of all sizes and ages and loves to play! She has been living with pampered kitties too and will do fine with older, respectful children.
What she likes: playing with a big shepherd and being sassy, sleeping with her foster parents, watching movies and playing with toys! Little Bit is a teeny package of a pup with a big personality and lots of love to give.
She looks to be a black and tan Min Pin mix or maybe a Chihuahua mix, hard to tell when weigh in at 1 pound 14 oz at 6 weeks when we vaccinated her.
This little lady was found on the side of the road in a plastic tote in the frigid temps along with her siblings who were given away.
Little Bit made her way to Yvpr through a volunteer. Please fill out our adoption application at yvpr.org/adoptions
She will need to continue puppy training, she is using a potty pad and with some training, she will be going outside in no time.
An application must be filled out and accepted before a meet can be set up. If accepted, you will hear from us within 72 hours. You will have the opportunity to ask questions before you meet the pet; an adoption may or may not happen at that time.
We do adopt outside the Yakima area IF you are able to come to Yakima to pick up your adopted pet. We do not have a kennel facility; all of our pets are in foster homes. Therefore, meets and adoptions take place at either our office or at a place chosen by the adoption coordinator.
If a pet has 'Adoption Pending' beside its name, an adoption is imminent. Please fill out an application anyway because adoptions don't always go through.
Your application will be kept on file for 30 days in case you find another pet you'd like to apply for.
Thanks for thinking adoption and Good Luck!
