Meet Lissy
Lissy is an adorable Shih Tzu . She did come from a breeder so she’s shy and skittish, but her tail wags constantly. She wants to be your friend and she wants to trust you, but just takes a little bit someone who is very patient. And will move very slowly and calmly with her until she begins to trust you she is great with other dogs. She constantly barks at cats. I think she doesn’t know what they are.
