Her personality is a delightful mix of sweet and shy, energetic yet mellow. When she's not running around, she's content to simply be in the company of those she loves.
Lipa's sweet, shy nature makes her a perfect companion for those quiet, cozy evenings at home. She loves other dogs and would like to be adopted into a home with another dog. She needs a home without cats.

ADOPTING A PET
We are open for meet and greet adoptions at our shelter on weekends. No appointment is necessary for weekend adoptions. Our weekend hours vary and we also have satellite adoption events every weekend. We are also open Monday through Friday by appointment. Please contact us by phone at 913-321-1445 or by email at petadoptions@kckpd.org to schedule your appointment during weekdays.
If you have a dog or children we ask that you bring them with you to meet our dogs to make sure it is a good match.
Our dogs have been spayed or neutered, vaccinated, dewormed, microchipped and tested for heartworms (if 7 months or older).
