Meet Link, a charming Pom mix with a personality as unique as a fox! At 3-5 years old and weighing just 10 lbs, Link has a beautiful, fox-like appearance with his fluffy coat and alert eyes. He’s got the same curious, clever nature as a fox, and once he gets to know you, he’ll become your loyal, playful companion!

Link is a shy but sweet boy who requires a bit of time to warm up to new people. He was surrendered by his previous owner, and while he can be a little reserved at first, he’s full of love and affection once he feels comfortable. Link enjoys cuddling and is playful like a little fox, always ready to entertain you with his quirky antics. He's good with other dogs, cats, and respectful children, but may nip initially as he gets acquainted.

Link doesn’t always enjoy being picked up suddenly, but he’s happy to jump into your arms when he’s ready. His foster family reports that he’s eager to learn, and with time and patience, training him will be a breeze.

Link can be a bit of an escape artist—he’s already shown he knows how to find his way out of the yard! He returned home safe, but due to his cleverness and lack of leash training, he needs a securely fenced yard to keep him safe and secure.

We’re looking for an experienced adopter who can offer Link the time, patience, and understanding he needs to thrive. He was nervous at the shelter, especially around men and with the leash, but with some time and treats, he’s made progress. You just have to go slow. He's really a cool dude who loves to give kisses.
