Meet Lilly - Gentle & Sweet, Dog Friendly!

The rumors are true: old dogs CAN learn new tricks. I'm Lilly, an adorable golden girl and I'm ready to spend my retirement with you. I came to High Country Humane because my owner passed away. I'm just focused on where I'll spend my golden years. I should tell you a bit about myself. I'm as affectionate as I am easy to please. And one of my favorite things to do is napping in that sunny spot on the floor. I've previously lived with dogs and we peacefully coexisted. If I sound like your next pal, then come meet me! Adopting with High Country Humane means your new pet is fixed, up to date on vaccines and microchipped. We register that microchip (FREE!) and provide a free health exam with each adoption. Please bring a leash and collar for your new pet or plan to purchase a set at the shelter for $5 each. The shelter is open 11-5 PM, 7 days a week. We look forward to seeing you!
