Meet Levi - Your New Best Friend!
Levi has been an absolute joy in his foster home! They are working on potty training and he's been accident-free indoors as long as he gets outside every 2-3 hours. At night, he sleeps soundly, and he's even been friendly with his foster's cat! When left alone (for up to two hours), Levi hasn't been destructive-he usually just takes a cozy nap while waiting for you to return.
He's a social butterfly who loves people, kids, dogs, and cats! However, there are two things to keep in mind:
Food Sensitivity: Due to past experiences of competing for meals, Levi can be food-protective around other pets. It's best to feed him separately to ensure a stress-free mealtime.
Space Sensitivity: In tight spaces like hallways or doorways, Levi may react strongly to other dogs (and sometimes people). This likely stems from his past and just requires patience and positive reinforcement.
The biggest thing to know about Levi? He's worth it. He's a little anxious as he's learning about the world, but he's incredibly smart, playful, loyal, and an absolute cuddlebug.
Levi is also a proud parvo survivor who's ready to put his past behind him and start fresh with a loving family. He's still a puppy, so he'll need patience and guidance, but he's eager to learn and grow by your side!
