Leon German Shepherd Dog & Husky Mix Dillsburg, PA

Meet Leon, your new best friend, a nearly 3-year-old German Sheperd Husky mix with eyes that will melt your heart and a goofy nature that will make you fall in love from the first kiss! He definitely likes attention and will let you know if he is feeling ignored. He will be vocal if he needs to go out, is hungry, or just wants you to pet him or give him a belly rub. He likes car rides and walks but can pull hard on the leash especially until he gets out some of his energy.
He does have experience with kids and living with another dog, but he would do best in a home without young kids and other pets. He can be protective of his family in the home, but when he is out, he is very good at meeting strangers and wants to give lots of kisses.
He is crate and house trained. He has also been trained to stay off the furniture and out of bedrooms. He knows some commands including sit, lay down, come, no, and stop.
Leon is microchipped and up to date on all shots. All that's lacking is a dose of love from you to fill the empty space in his heart! No dog loves like a rescue dog and words are not adequate enough to describe that feeling! It is pure joy that you have to experience for yourself to be able to understand it!
