Layla is a beautiful GS spayed female that is black and tan and is 1-2 yrs old. She has had puppies, but they have already been placed. Layla is 55.3 lbs -slight built. She did great at our office with a fosters dog and wanted to play with her. So she is very playful. We do not know about cats or children. But with her sweet and friendly attitude, she would probably do fine with respectful children.

Layla is VERY sweet and friendly and loves attention. She does have a sad tail to tell, her elderly companion passed away and so she is looking for a new loving forever companion or family. She had been an outside dog only, so we do not know if she is housebroke. She is smart and would not mind learning new things that you would like her to know.

An application must be filled out and accepted before a meet can be set up. If accepted, you will hear from us within 72 hours. You will have the opportunity to ask questions before you meet the pet; an adoption may or may not happen at that time.
We do adopt outside the Yakima area IF you are able to come to Yakima to pick up your adopted pet. We do not have a kennel facility; all of our pets are in foster homes. Therefore, meets and adoptions take place at either our office or at a place chosen by the adoption coordinator.
If a pet has 'Adoption Pending' beside its name, an adoption is imminent. Please fill out an application anyway because adoptions don't always go through.
Your application will be kept on file for 30 days in case you find another pet you'd like to apply for.
