Laura Black Labrador Retriever Enfield, CT

Laura is a super, sweet, beautiful medium-sized lab mix who found herself a high kill shelter with her puppies. They were scheduled to be euthanized and momma looked so worried, like she knew what was coming. She was so happy when she realized that she and her puppies were save. She is very submissive and loves human attention. She is great with other dogs of all sizes and has never had any issues with any of them. She is a little too interested in cats though so she needs a cat-free home. She does well in a crate and well on car rides.

She is currently still in Oklahoma where she was rescued but she can only be adopted out of state where people treat animals well. She has to be prepaid and picked up directly from transport at one of our transport drop off locations below. If things don't work out for some reason, which rarely ever happens, we will either find a local foster to take her in or she will go back to Oklahoma on our next transport until a new home is found.

Note: No dogs are advertised as potty-trained because most dogs need at least some re-training in a new environment and after being in a shelter/rescue environment/strays and adopters should be prepared for that.

Adoption fee: $550 (includes the $250 cost of transport from Oklahoma and all vetting listed above)
