Laszlo (Shadow) Border Collie & Hound Mix St. Louis, MO

Shadow is a 17 m/o sweetie pie. He was surrendered by a family who loved him very much but could no longer care for him due to personal health conditions.

Shadow loves affection and gives very big, sweet hugs. He respects "down" and "no" but he will try to be a lapdog when he's in the mood for snuggles.

He gets along well with the dogs and cat in his foster home and has played great with new dogs at the dog park. He's very gentle and sweet, so I think he'd do great in a house with kids. He sleeps well in his crate at night and doesn't get into trouble when left alone outside of his crate.

Shadow is a very happy boy who still has some puppy in him and is sure to brighten up his new home! He is an active pup and will require a fenced in yard and regular exercise.

Laszlo's adoption fee is $275.00, which includes up-to-date vaccinations, heartworm testing and preventative, spay/neuter and microchip.

We are a 100% foster-based rescue and all of our dogs live in approved foster homes. We are dedicated to finding the best Forever Homes, and will perform home visits and conduct veterinarian and reference checks for each potential adopter.
